World of Warcraft - How to Double Your WoW Gold

Imagine yourself flying through the Outlands on your Netherdrake, decked out from head to toe in fancy Epics, able to purchase anything - I mean ANYTHING - you want or need, worshiped by your friends, dreaded by your enemies, a ONE MAN ARMY OF DESTRUCTION.....

Well, snap out of it!

What I'm going to show could make you a Warcraft Millionaire, but you'd be a greybeard by then. Instead, this method, when properly applied, will yield from 5 to 25 gold per day that you play, without you doing ANY effort.

At least once a day, maybe several times a day, you'll be visiting a city. Major city, minor town, Steamwheedle Cartel, whatever, it works everywhere, as long as there are vendors.

What you are looking for are vendors that have "rare spawn" recipes or items. I stick with the recipes myself, but it works just as well with items - health potions, mana potions, copper modulators (or whatever those gizmos are called).

Whenever you see them, buy them all. I mean ALL. It doesn't matter if they are selling for 5s or 5g, just buy them. Promptly mail them to your Auction Alt - you've got one of those, right? - and keep on playing, visiting more cities and buying more recipes.

At the end of the evening, or whenever you stop playing, log on with your Auction alt and post your recipes on the Auction House. The Auctioneer Add-On is of great help to figure out what you should be selling your loot for, but if for some reason you don't have it installed, a good rule of thumb is this: post for triple what you paid for it, and everything should sell. My favorites are the recipes that you can buy for 5-10s, because they usually go for at least 1g and you can really clean out.

A good example of this is [Pattern: Admiral's Hat] that spawns off Cowardly Crosby in Stranglethorn Vale. You buy it for 70s and you should have no problems selling it on AH for 6-7g. Now that's not a bad profit, if you were in the area.

Should you find that an item is not selling at the price you want, wait until there are no competing offers and list it then, it should sell. Alternatively, you could resist the temptation to be greedy and just drop the price a bit. Whatever floats your boat. Remember, you can actually afford to drop the price a LOT since you paid peanuts for the item in the first place.

I don't suggest going too much out of your way for strange vendors in even stranger places, but if you consistently buy every single rare spawn you can during the course of your adventures - and that will be every day you play - you will end up doubling or tripling (or better) your money every single night.

You will occasionally hear rants from people who complain about you making a profit from vendor items. Ignore them or tell them off, politely of course. They are nothing but smelly hippies who think the World (of Warcraft) runs on sunshine and puppy dogs, but you know better. It runs on WoW Gold, and thanks to me, Renei, you'll soon have a lot more WoW Gold to blow on shiny new gear!

Develop Your Discus Throwing Techniques

Throwing a discus was an athletic experience of the ancient Greeks and it has been re-energized as a part of Olympic Games in recent times. In most of the track and field events, Discus throw considered as an event of competition. Discus thrown can be done by utilizing both hands where the discus will be next to the forearm and arm will be extended backward.

Discus is a rounded disk made by wood along with metal border and weight of discus will vary for men & women. For men a discus weights from 2 kg into a width of 22cm where for women it comes in 1kg along with a breadth not more than 21 cm. A sportsperson need to turn around it for a number of times in a distance of 2.5 previous to discharge it. Player generally throws a disc around 70m or more than this who are very much experienced. Usually, out of the three shots the best scoring will be done.

Players cannot lay a hand on the external region of encircle but they can touch on the inside area of the encircle rim. Participants are not supposed to leave the play area until the disc strike at the field. In support of the security of the viewers the complete disc has thrown from an enclosed area.

In this game an accurate footwork is very important to make the speed that is essential for a strong throw. Before giving an attempt to make full throws, a thrower has to begin through the stage of standing-throw drills. The top knuckle of the throwing hands have to contact the border by way of keeping fingertips above the side whereas the non-throwing hand have to be below of the disc to provide support. The shoulder breadth at a distance along with your wider feet and place backside of the circle and bent waist to some extent while throwing.

You transfer your load on the left foot, move back and forth around the left, by means of selecting your right foot upwards and rotate your shoulders in the path of the throw. You should turn in the region of the ball of your left- side foot when you rotate towards the middle of the ring. Prior to land your right foot in the middle of the ring tries to move forward by your left foot and carry on to spin around in the direction of the front side of the circle. Move backward and forward the left leg in the direction of the front side of the ring. Your left foot supposed to appear outer surface of the right side. Left side is placed and inflexible. The discus supposed to go away from your hand easily with the index finger and the hand at in relation to shoulder height

Holograms and Closing Ratios (or Are You Talking to Enough People?)

I worked my way through college as a bookkeeper / office manager for small businesses. The company I probably enjoyed working for the most was The Hologram store. At the time they had three locations around Central Florida. I learned a lot there - about the cost of theft for retail stores, about bookkeeping, scheduling, inventory and about the importance of making yourself accessible to people who might want to buy from you. One store would not have been enough. The owners realized that they needed to have several locations to both be in front of more and be accessible to more people.

So the question is - are you talking to enough people to find the support you need? Here are three tips to think about.

1. Know Your Closing Ratio.

Often, I've seen nonprofit leaders get discouraged because they get a few people saying no. I understand that can be frustrating. But recognize that not everyone will say yes. So what we really need to do is determine what our 'closing' ratio is. Then, if we're finding that 5 people out of 10 people say yes, we can focus on having a closing ratio that's equal to the national average for in-person asks. Not bad, right? On the other hand, a 1% response rate to direct mail is considered a great closing ratio. (As an aside, if you have a list of 10 people who are capable of giving a large gift, and who are connected to your organization, would you rather have 1% of them say yes or 50% of them say yes? Just something to consider as you are trying to decide how to reach out to potential donors.)

2. Build Your List

Once you calculate your closing ratio, you'll be better able to determine how many people you need to get in front of. Let's say you realize that you need to reach 5,000 people, but you only have 500 people you are currently connected to. Wow - you have a little work to do. Strategies that used to be effective, such as direct mail and telemarketing, are no longer working as well. Start to think of ways that you can get in front of more people. And as you do that, make sure that you're offering those people a chance to stay connected with your organization. It's not enough to give your web address and tell them to go sign up, let them sign up with you via a sign-up list or a sign-up card. Capture their contact information (especially email addresses) while you are with them. Related to this, DON'T add people to your list just because your met them at an event and they gave you their business card (unless they ask to be added). In addition to in-person events, make it easy for people to sign up for your email list on your website, use social media to direct people to your site, and consider offering some online educational events that people might be interested in.

3. Keep Your List Engaged

Now that you have a growing list, you'll want to keep your readers engaged. It's okay to be sending emails a couple times a month (or even weekly if you have the resources for it). What I don't want to happen for you is that you grow your list - and then wait so long to send an email that they forget they signed up. Next thing you know, three months have gone by and you think, 'wow - I need to get an email out!' Now what happens when they get that email? A few people don't remember signing up for the list, report you as spam, and bam - now you start to have deliverability issues.

Your emails don't have to be lengthy. I often recommend that nonprofits just start with an update from the board president or executive director. Just one of two paragraphs to let readers know about someone who has been helped or other developments. The most important thing though, is to provide content that is relevant to the reader.

Please let me know how this works for you. Looking forward to staying connected!

There is Life After Retrenchment

WITH the current financial crisis, there are many reasons why companies are retrenching employees if they cannot be redeployed.

Companies are freezing wages and hiring. Some are re-locating to other countries with lower costs. Others may wind up their operations totally. What if you are caught in the crossfire and made redundant?

Here are some tips to cope better if you are laid off during this financial crisis.

1. Reframe your beliefs

First, accept the fact that your services are not required by your current employer. It is natural to feel shocked and angered by this, but sooner or later, you will have to move on.

You are afraid to step out of your comfort zone to experience new growth. You are not alone. Many people don't bother to stretch themselves. They remain somewhat contented in this zone as they are complacent, safe and sound.

Your comfort zone is dictated by change. The harder you fight change and resist its force, the more difficult it is to break through and move forward.

Begin with embracing small changes incrementally and adapting to the new environment. Then you can move on. A tree grows a small bit at a time, adding layers to its foundation for greater strength and stability in the future. Be like the tree and grow daily.

Technology and ways of doing business are evolving every day. Sooner or later, you will be left behind if you do not act. Playing it safe is usually not an option. You must continue to learn or risk falling behind.

2. Work in a different industry

If your current industry is described as being in its sunset phase, it is probably not a wise choice to stay in it. You may want to consider a career in another industry. Although your salary package might be reduced, at least you are still engaged in the workforce. Alternatively, you can take on a part-time job. This will help to easy your current cash-flow problems and give you more time to decide what you want your next job to be.

3. Upgrade your skills

Enroll for courses to upgrade your skills. It is never too late to improve. Business writing, communication, resumé writing and presentation courses boost your soft skills and directly impact your chances of finding a job. Next, decide which technical skills you need to work on to make yourself more employable.

4. Network

Don't sit in front of the computer or stay at home for too long. Participate in a variety of networking events to broaden your knowledge and build up your circle of contacts. You will be able to find people with common interests. Networking also provides fresh information about new openings and other career opportunities.

5. Work on your resumé

If you have worked at the same company for a long time, your resumé will be outdated. You may want advice from a professional resumé writer or attend courses on how to create an impressive resumé.

6. Update your image

It's not enough to be smart: You have to look smart too. Read up on how to present a professional and well-groomed image to boost your job search. You can even invest in the services of an image consultant if you think you need a dramatic overhaul. When you feel good about yourself, you will appear confident and make a good impression on your interviewers.

Don't Do This to Your News Release!

Hundreds of thousands of News Releases are sent out all the time and many people will show you different ways to write a news release in a way that will result in publicity for you or for your company. However, many people over look the 17 Deadly Sins that you should never do or have in a news release. These can cause your news release to end up in the shredder!

I will discuss five of them here that I believe you should look at first. Ask yourself, "Am I doing any of these? And if so, rewrite or redo the new release before sending it out. Remember that the reason that you are sending one is to get noticed and have it picked up by the different media outlets.

You can gain much credibility and attention when you send a successful news release. You can also be seen as a valuable resource for information or an expert in a particular field, so it is important to make sure that your release is completed right and does not have any of the deadly sins.

The first thing that people do is to send too much information. I have seen people fax 20 or more pages with background and promotion material. First this annoys the media. Second, the point of a news release is to get them to call you. They won't know what angle you are after and will guess with that much information.

That is if they publish at all. A news release should be one page, double spaced or at least 1/2 spaces with the most pertinent information on it. Only on rare occasions do you want more. You can and should have a media kit ready when they call, but the news release needs to be short.

Second, white space, white space, white space. Say these words repeatedly. Do not send a solid block of information. It is hard to read and hard to find the facts. People generally feel over whelmed at a solid block and are less likely to read it. Remember, with the volume of releases that are received every day the editors want to scan it fast to decide if it is news worthy. They also decide if it ties in with anything so they can know where to assign the story. If they are unable to scan and find the important details or find anything interesting fast it will be shredded.

Third, several of my friends in the media have said to me that one of their pet peeves with a news release is people who start with a history lesson. They said that they groan and crumple up the new release without going further. 99% of the time the history has nothing to do with the news part of the news release. The history lesson is much more interesting to you than it is to them. Tell them up front what the news is. Give them something to hook them in. There are many categories and classifications that you can use. Later you can mention some of the history or keep it for your media kit.

Fourth, be careful which fax numbers you use. Sending your news release out on an advertising line can get it shredded fast even if it is a good story. If you send your news release out on an advertising line it looks like a blatant request for free advertising. The media just won't want to use it. You could hurt yourself for future releases as well.

Five, Jargon whether it is in your industry or just way over used jargon. You will get a much better response if you give the benefits for the clients or customers of your products or services. Flashy descriptions say nothing of what you really have or how it can help people. Remember, you are probably interested in the features of your product but they are interested in the benefits.

Some examples of jargon are:

*Leading

*State-of-the-art

*Seamless

*Best of

*Turnkey

*Customer Driven

*Solutions

A study of all news releases sent via Business Wire and PR Newswire during a one-week period had one new "solution" being offered once every eight minutes on average! More than half of all companies claimed to be "leading providers"

It does take time to complete a news release right; however, if you are going to take time to create one, it only makes sense to do it in a way that is well received by your intended target market.

Remember these starter points and you will be on you way to creating a much more effective news release.

All the Best in your endeavors!

Two Way Radio Message Encryption

Basically when we hear Message Encryption we automatically think that it is about how to encrypt message to send to another party. Well, it is literally correct but looking to it in a more technical way, Message Encryption is something far more important than just a simple encryption of letters within messages. In the techie side of it, it is the process of encoding data in an encryption to prevent unauthorised access from the outside and to have more security on the data that you are trying to send or keep. It basically keeps the message from being read by converting the content into cipher or scrambled letters or characters so that the privacy of the message can be kept. Message Encryption is a method in which the only one who can read the message is the recipient (Other than the sender). In which the encrypted or ciphered message will be deciphered by the recipient.

Any other attachments to the encrypted message are also ciphered but do not worry there is a way to decipher it or there are instructions for it to be deciphered. Encryption is one of the most used methods to continue and to preserve the security and privacy of the message being sent to the other party. In technology, especially in information technology, it is often being used from the very basic emails to more complicated software encryptions. But it is more commonly used to pass messages and to send and hide important information or data in a server. Message Encryption can be commonly seen in websites that promotes security or to messages that has private content to it.

In a more vivid way, Message Encryption is used by administrators of websites in which codes the messages that they are trying to preserve, especially in shopping networks or websites, it is used with credit card information or delicate user information and even website security as well. It is one of the safest ways to preserve the content of a website or in simpler occasion the messages itself. If you want to know and learn more about Message Encryption it is actually not hard at all, all you need to do is research more about Message Encryption and from there you can find basic ways and even downloadable software that allows you to encrypt and decrypt a message with no hassle.

The encryption of messages is a very nice option for people who enjoy their privacy and for people who want to have an exclusive way of sending messages to private people that they are doing businesses or just having private conversations with. To dig more on encrypting messages you can easily go to any search engine for various information about this subject.
